Sunday mid-day brings you a complete planner of events for the week

25 things to do around Mumbai from July 24 to July 29

This Lone Fox will enthrall you
Any ardent follower of Ruskin Bond's writings would be aware that most of his works have been loosely inspired from people and events from his own life. With Lone Fox Dancing, these stories come alive like never before. From the hilly quiet of Dehradun, the rich sights and smells of Delhi and the monotony of England, to life back in the idyllic Landour near Mussoorie, the octogenarian takes you on a romantic ride into the making of one of India's finest storytellers. Bond fan or not, this book is perfect for a rainy weekend at home. If it leaves you warm, happy and fuzzy, it's because Bond can tell even the simplest of stories so endearingly.

Up and coming
When harpist Nush Lewis took stage at what seemed to be a setup for an intimate gathering on Wednesday night at a Khar pub, the teenager opening for her wasn't a known name. But, Sachi Rajadhyaksha's deep voice had everyone floored as she sang Lana Del Ray's Blue Jeans. The 18-year-old singer will soon be out with her own EP, and while we can't guarantee that you will be floored by the lyrics, there's no question that her voice is something to watch out for.
