Footballer Peter Crouch's model wife Abbey Clancy has hit back at online criticism for the way she dresses up her daughter Sophia.

Abbey wrote on Twitter yesterday: "I always find it astonishing that grown ups find time to comment on what my daughter wears. She has her own mind and dresses the way she wants. I feel it's important to let children be themselves and express themselves and have imagination instead of crushing that. Childhood is the perfect time to be able to wear what makes you happy and have fun with fashion instead of being dictated!"

The troll started after Daily Mail's story about Abbey and her family strolling through a London park where Sophia was wearing a silver puffa jacket, tights and trainers and many commented on five-year-old's attire reported the Liverpool Echo.
After her reply, several of her fans came out in support. One of them said: "Ignore them, it's your daughter & you know her best."
