Aamir KhanAamir Khan
Aamir Khan is an actor who goes all out to get the perfect look for his character. The actor, who plays the role of Mahavir Singh Phogat in 'Dangal', had to first gain weight and then lose it all to portray the different stages of Phogat's life. A man with a big paunch, white beard, weighing 97 kg with a body fat of 32 per cent — 51-year-old Aamir Khan said he actually enjoyed the process of gaining weight to play the older and heavier wrestler in 'Dangal'. Aamir had the option to use body suit to look fat in the film but the actor decided against it as he wanted to get a perfect body language. The scarier part was to knock off all the excess flab and get six packs abs for which Aamir had only five months.
