Asin and hubby Rahul Sharma recently hosted a bash for buddy Akshay Kumar at their New Delhi home. The Khiladi had played matchmaker for the two and the couple are close to him; they even holiday together. As Akki has bagged the National Award for Best Actor, there was a reason to celebrate.

It was a small affair and among the few guests was Esha Gupta. Asin and Esha have not worked together, but the common connect is the Khiladi. Esha was Akki's co-star in 'Rustom' (2016) for which he has won the National honour, so she had a reason to cheer as well with Akki.
