Bollywood superstar Salman Khan saved life of veteran actor and politician Anupam Kher as he blacked out due to dehydration and needed medical aid

Salman Khan is known to be the actor with a golden heart. And he is known to go out of his way to help others around him. Be it his fans, friends, family or even total strangers, Salman Khan is the man with the biggest heart.Recently, he lent a helping hand to his co-star of several films and veteran actor-politician, Anupam Kher. Reportedly,Anupam Kher blacked out as he had not consumed food in a long time. He needed immediate medical aid and paramedics had to be called. However, the senior actor wasn't keen on letting the news spread about his ailment so he refused to go to the hospital. But it was Salman Khan who placed a call to the paramedics and cajoled Anupam Kher to take medical help. Anupam, confirmed this news when a blind story by a leading publication went viral. According to a report in DNA, the actor gave his version of the entire incident. "Firstly, it was not a heart-related ailment, meaning a heart attack as the blind item in a tabloid implied. Why so coy about it? I've nothing to hide. We were all together in Salman Khan's room in New York when I had a blackout. I had not eaten anything for one-and-a-half days — big mistake — and my sugar-level had gone down dangerously." Salman, who was with Anupam at the time, panicked. "He called the paramedics, who rushed in immediately. The laws in the US about medical emergencies during international events are very strict. No one can take them lightly. I told the paramedics that I was okay, and didn’t need any further treatment. But they insisted on a full medical investigation." Anupam went through every possible test and was declared to be in perfect health. The actor says that Salman was a big help at the time of the health scare. "He not only called for medical help, but he also remained on alert all through. I am blessed to have friends like him in the film industry."
