Portuguese football star Cristiano Ronaldo dolled out useful tips to achieve a perfect ripped physique like his. The five-time Ballon d'Or Real Madrid star launched a new CR7 gym on Monday.

Speaking on the sidelines of the event, Ronaldo even shared a secret on how he got his own impressive abs.
"It's not true that I do 3,000 sit-ups every day. I usually train four or five times a week with 200 or 300 sit-ups. It's not good to do too much because you can have problems with low back pain," he was quoted as saying by Daily Mail.
