The Mumbai Pero sale will feature garments and accessories from the clothing label Pero, launched by Aneeth Arora, a textile graduate from the National Institute of Design, Ahmedabad. The clothing label, which means ‘to wear’ in Marwari, uses handloom fabric and local skills to create designer pieces that are fun and comfortable to wear.
So, expect printed dresses, bags, shoes and scarves, menswear, hunter boots (in pic, below) and kidswear. You can find products from their earlier seasons - black and white, poppies, the recent winter collection and a few summer clothes too.
This is their first pop-up in the city, and follows close on the heels of the pop-up in Delhi called #Weekendoflove.
