Give your home a Diwali facelift

Dress up the diya

Attend a session on how to go about decorating the diyas with a variety of materials like paint, mirrors, sequins and so on. All materials will be provided and there shall be pre-Diwali snacks as well.

Where: Doolally Taproom, 18-21, Dalia Industrial Estate, Near Fun Republic Mall, Off New Link Road, Andheri West

Go on a quilling spree
If you've had enough of diyas, turn to paper to fashion out pretty birds, flowers, showpieces and even jewellery from this quilling workshop. Instead of using a readymade kit, you'll learn this ancient art from scratch, that involves cutting strips of paper required for quilling, coiling them and sticking the pieces together in the shape of an object. Here's your chance to dress your house up with these little DIY wonders, which you get to take home from the session.
