1. Costa Rica: Figuring among the top in the world's happiest countries in 2016, Costa Rica can make the Indian traveller truly very happy. The exchange rate favours the Indian currency and November is the cheapest time to book travel to the exotic country. The paradise country takes any traveller by surprise with its spotless accessibility as tourists can travel from coast to coast in barely three hours by car and indulge in exciting escapades like snorkeling, surfing, canopy touring, snorkeling, kayaking, Jet Skiing or even rafting.
