Kareena Kapoor Khan and her son Taimur recently attended Tusshar Kapoor's son Laksshya's first birthday bash at their residence in Juhu, Mumbai. Pictures from the party have been widely shared on social media. In the latest snapshots posted by fan clubs, Taimur's expressions are strikingly similar to that of his mom Kareena's when she was a kid.

Kareena Kapoor Khan and Saif Ali Khan's decision to name their son Taimur sparked a row on social media and the actress earlier said her only advice to her kid would be to be humble and ignore everything else that happens around him.
Kareena and Saif welcomed their first child Taimur on December 20 last year. Many social media users targeted the celebrity couple for naming their son after a 14th century Mongol invader.
Taimur is Kareena's first child, while Saif has a daughter Sara and son Ibrahim with his former wife Amrita Singh.

Kareena has said that her husband Saif is a hands-on father and both she and the actor are growing as parents with every passing day.

The actress says it was nothing unusual for her as she does not believe that pregnant women or new mothers should stay indoors.

On the work front, Kareena Kapoor Khan will resume shooting for 'Veere Di Wedding' in the next few months and is rigorously working to get back in shape. The film, which also stars Sonam Kapoor and Swara Bhaskar, will be directed by Shashanka Ghosh.
Kareena has said that post-motherhood, there will be no change in the kind of films she does and will always prefer to have a mixed bag of projects.
