Mumbai defeated Schools Games Federation of India (SGFI) 3-1 in a Group 'A' league match of the OORJA – CAPFs u-19 football talent hunt, at JNPT Sheva Stadium yesterday.
The Mumbai players dominated the match with their main forward Calvin Barreto scoring a brace. One goal was scored by Kartik Bele. Prashant Kedare scored a consolation goal for SGFI. On Tuesday, Mumbai drew with SGFI in the girl's Group 'A' match. Reetika Sahani scored for the Mumbai team, while Saloni Badola netted for SGFI.

Governor of Maharashtra Vidya Sagar Rao inaugurated the Oorja-CAPFS under-19 football talent hunt tournament at the Cooperage on Tuesday.
Thanking Prime Minister Narendra Modi for initiating the talent hunt, Rao said that its main aim was to select talented players and give them opportunities at the national and international level.
