Kristin Cavallari said that she keeps the spark alive in her relationship with her National Football League (NFL) star husband Jay Cutler by missing each other when they're apart. Cavallari, who has been married to Cutler since 2013, believes that the key to a successful marriage is always wanting to be around each other.

"It's kind of nice to miss each other. I think that's how we've always kind of kept our spark alive. Jay just signed with the Miami Dolphins, so he's in Florida. Some days it's crazy and I can't wait for bedtime and other days I'm like, 'Ok, it's actually not that bad'," she told E!'s Daily Pop.
"I know that Jay and I have to make a conscious effort. You can't just get complacent and lazy. You have to still value and appreciate the other person. Our relationship isn't perfect. But we love each other and we work on it."
