Former South African cricketer Jonty Rhodes became a proud father to Nathan John Rhodes yesterday.
The Mumbai Indians fielding coach posted this picture of his wife Melanie holding their newborn son on Twitter and captioned it, "The prize before the prize @mipaltan? Nathan John "plunged" into the world at 6:20pm on IPL final #poolbirth #earthmother #incredibleindia."

After Jonty Rhodes split up with Kate McCarthy in 2010, he married Melanie four years later. Before Nathan, Melanie had given birth to India Jeanne Rhodes in 2015 at Mumbai.
