Mary with a twist
A version of the vodka-based Bloody Mary sans alcohol, the crimson-hued Mandarin Mary is infused with tomato juice, tabasco, salt and a dash of triphla-infused water.

Mixologist Pranav Mody reasons, "Triphla water is ayurvedic, and adds a hit of pepper to the concoction. This helps retain the classic texture and binds the flavours, so you won't notice the absence of alcohol."
