Actors Irrfan and Manoj Bajpayee are likely to star together after 14 years

If things work out as per plans, Irrfan and Manoj Bajpayee will come together on screen after a hiatus of 14 years. Writer-director Tigmanshu Dhulia has approached the two actors, who were last seen together in Ghaath (2000), for his next film, tentatively titled Bichhde Sabhi Baari Baari.

“I am in talks with them but I cannot say much at this juncture as they are yet to sign on the dotted line,” said Tigmanshu.
The film is said be a period drama between 1979 and 2014 with friendship as its theme.
Manoj said he is mulling over the offer and is yet to sign the film. He has worked with Tigmanshu in Bandit Queen (1994) in which the latter was the casting director.
A source said, “They have known each other for a long time but somehow a film didn’t happen. If Manoj accepts Tigmanshu’s offer, this will be the first time that they would work together as actor and director.”
Irrfan, on the other hand, worked with the director in his debut film, Haasil (2003). He has also directed the actor in other films like Charas, Paan Singh Tomar, and Saheb Biwi Aur Gangster Returns.
