'Ae Dil Hai Mushkil'


'Ae Dil Hai Mushkil': Composer Pritam, lyricist Amitabh Bhattachrya and the team of singers delivered some of the most memorable songs this year.

Sultan
'Sultan'

'Sultan': Nine-track album composed by Vishal-Shekhar and penned by Irshad Kamil packed a punch.

'Udta Punjab'

'Udta Punjab': Among the boldest soundtracks this year with trippy beats, sporadic hooks and melodious choruses. It was Trivedi, once again.

'Baar Baar Dekho'

'Baar Baar Dekho': The tracks showcased distinct personalities of different composers. From party songs and wedding tracks to heartbreak fixes, the album has it all.

'Dear Zindagi': Breezy music by Trivedi and soothing lyrics by Kausar Munir was all that one needed as an instant mood lifter.

'Kapoor & Sons': From hummable, soft numbers to brilliant catchy tracks, the film had a diverse range of songs. With multiple composers, every track was different from the other.

'Dishoom': The soundtrack by Pritam was action-packed. It had striking sounds to please the crowds.

'Dangal': Songs of this sports drama are currently topping music charts. Pritam and lyricist Amitabh Bhattacharya spent time at Aamir Khan's Panchgani bungalow to work on the soundtrack, and the hard work seems to have paid off.

'Airlift': All the songs in the film have a fresh vibe, courtesy young composer Amaal Mallik. It had soft, romantic ballads, an upbeat number with western and Arabic influence and a Punjabi track, making it a mix of everything.
