She is said to have followed the diet of famous celebrity dietician and fitness expert Rujuta Diwekar. In a recent FB Live, Rujuta equally seemed to have enjoyed associating with Kareena Kapoor Khan. Rujuta says, "Kareena Kapoor Khan is one of the most true and real actresses across all spectrums. You will never hear another star saying that I lost a lot of hair or had other problems. Usually, people just assume that because they are stars, they don't go through the same troubles and problems as the common man. But that is not true, certain health issues affect all."
