Mid Day had first reported about actor Dino Morea and brother Nicolo opening Elbo Room, Mumbai's first legit single's bar where you don't have to say sorry if you nudge someone. "It's quite small, so, you have to wade through with your arms, to make your own space," Nicolo had said. "Look at the brighter side; a small area makes for a more intimate space." Nicolo wants it to be a den where you can meet, talk, laugh, discuss, without having to worry that their voices will be drowned by the din of music. The menu includes a mix of Japanese, Italian and Indian food, and Nicolo promises "it will cost less than a grand for a couple of beers and a meal for two."

Antarchakshu is the result of a year-long workshop where visually-challenged students were trained to handle the camera and take their own pictures. Partho Bhowmick, a researcher on art for the blind, helped train the students. "They used non-visual senses like the warmth of light or mental images to help them take the photographs," he says.
