Struggles and problems are part of life, but actor Shweta Rohira has adopted an effective way of dealing with them. She says that Mandala Therapy has done wonders for her. "When people ask me how I could be balanced and welcome the changes of life, I tell them that Mandala Therapy has played a key role," says Shweta.

Talking about the therapy, Shweta says that it is a journey of self-discovery. "A mandala is recognised for it's deep spiritual meaning and representation of wholeness and the unconscious self. Mandala Art Therapy can be a great source of reflection on one's soul," she says.

In an attempt to spread this joy to others, Shweta hosts Mandal Therapy workshops. "I felt that as I have good experience and have learnt so much, why not share and help others, who going through stress and trauma. With this thought, I started workshops for elders and kids. When I see the smile of my participants, I feel joyful that I have been an instrument to help them walk on the path of self-discovery," she says, adding, "Mandala Art Therapy can provide kids with an easier way to express themselves, as children are naturally artistic and creative. It is a stress buster and gives their innocent energies a sacred effect."

In fact, Shweta is not the only on who has benefitted from his therapy. Actress Daisy Shah and Elli Avram have also taken to Instagram to share mandals drawn by them.

Right from her childhood, Shweta has shared a close association with colours. "Colours with symbols are the easiest method to know one self. My mum, being a colour therapist, showed me the importance and holistic meaning of colours. Art books and colours have been my best friends. Many times, when I would be feeling sick before my exams, my mom would encourage me to draw mandalas," she says.
