Fed up!
I drink coconut water and eat sprouts and fruit salad daily. The fruits vary from apple, papaya, banana and pineapple to seasonal fruits like mango, which happens to be my current favourite. I also make it a point to drink lots of water and at least one glass of lemon juice, which gives me my shot of vitamin C. In the afternoons, instead of drinking regular tea, I have a cup of green tea that helps detoxify my system. Also eating amla every alternate day helps. I avoid eating very spicy food. I stick to black pepper that is rich in vitamin E.

Going natural
I not only drink juices, but also apply fruit pulp on my face. Apricot and tomato works well as a scrub. A mixture of olive oil, fresh malai and honey does wonders for your skin. I steer clear of chemical treatments as much as I can. I drink a solution of methi dana powder with warm water daily. That keeps under-eye puffiness at bay. Kesar mixed with kaccha milk and used as a face pack is great for dark circles too.

Fruitful
I wash my face every time I come back home. I make it a point to remove all make-up thoroughly. I apply herbal aroma skin serum before sleeping, I visit a spa for a massage once in 12 days and do home-made cleanups. I always put sunscreen before stepping out in the sun and always carry an umbrella with me.

Take care
The best way to look beautiful is to stay happy. That inner joy will always reflect on your face. The key to a stress-free life is creating a good balance between personal and professional life.
