Bollywood legend Amitabh Bachchan being a die-hard cricket fan naturally took to Twitter on Tuesday to celebrate India's comeback-from-the-precipice 75-run win over Australia in the second Test at the M Chinnaswamy Stadium in Bengaluru.

Amitabh posted a picture of him grooving with a cheerful message for the Indian cricket team. He tweeted, "INDIAAAAAAAAAAA !!! YOU ARE TRUE CHAMPIONS .. YOU GOT UP AFTER BEING KNOCKED DOWN AND KO'ed the Aussies ! YEEEAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHH !!!."

But Twitterverse is inhabited by some strange people who don't need a reason to troll others, especially celebs. Many residents of Twitterverse troll celebs with the misguided intention of gaining more followers.

And so it was that Amitabh's tweet too garnered its share of trolls.

Recently Amitabh had said that one should be prepared for trolls and abuses on public platforms.

The actor, while interacting with the media at an event last week, said, "I think if you are on social media, you should be prepared for trolls and abuses. I enjoy it. The 73-year-old superstar regularly engages with fans and followers on Twitter and Facebook, calling them his 'extended family'.
