Manchester United star Wayne Rooney is reportedly on the look out for an 80-acre piece of land to build his new mansion, which will include a golf course for his eldest son Kai (seven).

The 31-year-old Englishman has already penciled in a place in the neighbouring village of Mobberley in the United Kingdom, and hopes his home and golf course will be ready by January 2019, reported The Daily Star. Kai, a golf enthusiast, was gifted a course at their current home in Cheshire on his sixth birthday. However, the new park range promises to feature par-three, par-four and par-five holes to challenge the youngster.
