PM Modi shared the stage with the Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath and other BJP leaders. During the election rally, PM Modi and CM Yogi Adityanath’s bonhomie caught people’s attention. PM Modi grabbed CM Yogi Adityanath’s arm as the latter stood up to deliver his election speech. The public meeting in Pilibhit witnessed a large gathering of people extending their support to PM Modi. Notably, PM Modi will also campaign for BJP in Madhya Pradesh’s Naxal-affected Balaghat today. She said that she has been provided with Y+ Security to fight for the truth. “Asaduddin Owaisi has friendships with the kings' group...He keeps quiet when atrocities are inflicted on women,” Latha said. Further, she said, “Who is giving him (Asaduddin Owaisi) death threats?... Look at the level of his friendships. He is friends with people from ISIS, the kings' group...He says that he has a stronghold here and then says that he is receiving death threats.”

Political row sparks between NCP-BJP after Sharad Pawar's statement on Israel

Hitting out at Nationalist Congress Party (NCP) supremo Sharad Pawar for his remark on the Israel-Palestine conflict, Assam Chief Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma on Wednesday said that Pawar would send his daughter Supriya Sule to Gaza. Sarma's remarks came days after Sharad Pawar said that former Prime Ministers of India also “stood firmly with Palestine”. Terming Prime Minister Narendra Modi's support for Israel as "unfortunate", the NCP chief said that he neglected the real issue. Pawar said "The entire land is of Palestine and Israel encroached on their land. That place, land and houses, everything was of Palestine and later Israel took over it. Israel is an outsider and the land is originally of Palestine." Pawar's remarks were condemned by the BJP. Earlier today, Union Minister Piyush Goyal said it is "very disturbing" when a senior leader like Sharad Pawar makes such "preposterous statements" NCP Leader Supriya Sule also responded to Himanta Biswa Sarma's statement.
