Former England football skipper David Beckham and his wife Victoria have trademarked the names of their children Brooklyn (18), Romeo (14), Cruz (12) and Harper (5) with the Intellectual Property office records, according to femalefirst.co.uk. The trademark means they can release their own collection of branded products including, but not limited to, golf umbrellas, electronics, washing powders or even toys and clothing.

The youngsters have already begun to profit from their branding – Brooklyn is readying the release of his first photo book 'What I See', Romeo has undertaken a modeling path for Burberry – an elite British luxury fashion house – and there even are limited edition T-shirts in young Harper Beckham's name!
The trademark now means that the children are officially part of Brand Beckham. David Beckham had already trademarked his name in 2000 when his name as a footballer was beginning to kick off, while Victoria followed suit in 2002 as she attempted a solo singing career.
